Adron Homes To Participate In 11th Olojo Festival, Unveils Premium Estate In Ile-Ife
Adron Homes and Properties has announced plans to participate in the 11th edition of the Olojo Festival in Ile-Ife, Osun State, as part of its growing engagement with the ancient city.
The real estate company also unveiled plans for a Premium Estate development within the Ile-Ife domain.
The 2026 edition of the Olojo Festival is themed Culture Preservation Through Sustainable Tourism and is expected to attract traditional rulers, government representatives, corporate organisations, cultural stakeholders, tourists and the media to celebrate Yoruba heritage and the cultural significance of Ile-Ife.
Ahead of the festival, Adron Homes was present at the press conference and unveiling ceremony for the 2026 edition with a delegation from its Western operations.
The delegation included Ogundapo Odunola, Deputy Managing Director, Western Super-Cluster; Johnson Olugbenga, Assistant Managing Director, Western Galaxy 1; and Shobowale Taiwo, Deputy Sales Manager, Livingspring World.
Their presence underscored the company’s growing development interest in Ile-Ife and its commitment to linking real estate development with cultural heritage and community growth.
Speaking at the event, Seyi Oyekunle, Director General, Media, Branding and Corporate Communication, Adron Group, who represented the Managing Director, Mrs Adenike Ajobo, said Adron Homes’ participation in the Olojo Festival was based on the belief that cultural preservation and sustainable development can work together.
Oyekunle said the theme of this year’s festival is timely, noting that culture remains a vital part of identity and history, while sustainable tourism can create jobs, attract investment and promote entrepreneurship and community development.
He described Olojo Festival as more than an annual celebration, saying it represents the enduring link between the past, present and future of Ile-Ife and its place in Yoruba civilisation.
According to him, Adron Group’s vision goes beyond real estate development.

A major highlight of the company’s participation was the unveiling of its Premium Estate project in Ile-Ife.
Oyekunle thanked the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, for the confidence and approval granted to Adron Homes and Properties for the project.
He said the approval comes with a responsibility to contribute meaningfully to the development of Ile-Ife while respecting its rich historical and cultural heritage.
According to him, Adron Homes will deploy its experience, resources and capacity to deliver a project that will create value for residents and support community growth.
He described the Premium Estate as more than a property development, noting that it will attract investment, provide quality housing, boost local businesses and strengthen ties between Ile-Ife and sons and daughters of Ifeland and Yorubaland worldwide.
He said the estate will offer people in the diaspora an opportunity to come home, invest home, build home and preserve home.
He also called for the development of Ile-Ife as a year-round tourism destination, stressing that the city’s tourism potential should go beyond the annual Olojo Festival.
Oyekunle noted that sustainable tourism should create real economic opportunities for residents, especially artisans, youths, entrepreneurs and hospitality operators.
He urged young people to see Yoruba culture and heritage as a source of economic opportunity that can inspire careers and businesses in film, technology, fashion, music, arts and tourism.
The press conference for the 11th Olojo Festival brought together traditional rulers, government representatives, corporate bodies, members of the Olojo Festival Committee, cultural stakeholders and journalists.
With its participation and Premium Estate plan, Adron Homes is adding a real estate dimension to its engagement with Ile-Ife, in line with its vision of Building Homes, Cities and Communities Across the Globe.
