ERCAAN Lagos State Chapter Elects New Executives | Prestige Real Estate News

The Estate, Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN ), Lagos State Chapter has elected new executives to lead the association for the next three years. The election, held on February 26, 2026, at the National Secretariat building, brought together members from across the state’s zones to elect credible candidates to various positions.
Hon Godwin Demech was elected State Chairman, alongside other executives: Hon Akinyele olawale (Vice Chairman), Hon Micheal Adenuga (Secretary), Hon Akinwale Fawole (Treasurer), Hon Ganiu Abiodun (Financial Secretary), Hon Adeniyi Adeyemi (PRO), Hon Adeshina Idowu (Chief Whip), Hon Abimbola Onalaja (Auditor), Hon Ademola Akinmusire (Asst Secretary), Hon Eneh Sumah (Asst Financial Secretary), Hon Adejumoke Fawumi (Welfare 1), and Hon Juliet ijeoma (Welfare 2).
National President, Hon Godwin Alenkhe, thanked contestants for their willingness to serve and pledged the National body’s support for the new chairman. The newly elected chairman, Hon Godwin Demech, thanked members for their trust and promised to reposition the state chapter.
The association also presented its highest award Fellow of Ercaan to ESV Olayinka Patunola Ajayi efa for her contributions to ERCAAN.
