ERCAAN NATIONAL UNVEILS LOGO AND THEME FOR 2025 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION | Prestige Real Estate News
The Estate Rent Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) national body has unveiled the logo and theme of its 2025 international Conference and Exhibition.
The event took place at the zonal secretariat of Surulere zone in Lagos on Friday 24th July 2025.
The National President of the Association, Sir Godwin Alenkhe who is also the chief host commended the Conference Planning committee headed by Godwin Demech for chosen an inspirational theme that addresses the totality of Real Estate Advancement for the year and beyond. He stated that the theme Navigating Nigeria’s Real Estate climate, Prospects and Challenges is timely for our Real Estate survival.
On his Part, the conference planning committee Chairman, Godwin Demech stated that with the success of last year conference and the interest of our Members his committee is set to organize one the greatest Conferences in the history of the Association.
He also informed the gathering that the event will be coming up on the 27th of November, 2025 at Adeyemi Bero Auditorium with important dignitaries Like the Governor of Lagos Mr Babajide Sanwoolu and some Governors of Southwest states as Special Guests.
CEO of Wood Pecker international Hotel Hon. Charles Nworgu unveiled the logo and thanked the Association for given him the opportunity to unveil the logo. He was also joined by other Corporate Partners like Hon Sabastine ONYEWE CEO of Property Plus, Mrs Maria ovuson CEO of Ocimu Properties, Hon Ayo Alade CEO of Ayo Alade Villa , Representatives of The Alternative Bank and AGPGC PROPERTIES(USA) and other important dignitaries. All the invitees made some donations toward the successful hosting of the event.
